Doron Friedman was born in 1967 in Jerusalem, Israel.

He holds a B.A. in Economics and an MBA from Tel Aviv University.

In 1992, Doron began his real estate career as an analyst/economist in the Real Estate Department at Discount Bank of Israel Ltd.  

At the beginning of 2000, Doron was appointed as VP Business Development of Delek Real Estate, Ltd., one of Israel’s leading real estate companies.

Doron’s business journey in Prague began when he established Lapid Czech Republic Ltd. in 2006. 

Lapid’s first Investment in Prague was made in 2006 along with Avestus who joined as financial partner in the development of the KAJETANKA project in Prague 6.

Between 2015 and 2020, Doron was a Managing Partner at Coast Capital Partners CZ.

Doron lives with his wife, three children and dog in Prague.
